We offer our services to patients and doctors from all parts of the world.
We adhere strictly to GDPR and other data protection laws.
Yes, to ensure maximum data privacy protection and security, all patients and doctors in our platform must register and have personal user IDs and passwords. We advise all users to use strong passwords and NOT disclose their passwords to anyone.
Please note that your passwords are stored in encrypted formats and we will not ask you to disclose your password to us. All personal and medical information are ONLY accessible by doctors upon authorized consent.
We offer consultation in many languages depending on the language skills of the selected doctor. Our doctors are fluent in English, German, French, and other languages.
To ensure transparency, we have outlined the fees for each of the services we offer. Make sure that all payments are made through the website.
To ease your payment, we currently support two secure payment methods:
Online Payment Using PayStack
Make instant and secure payments online using your debit or credit card through PayStack.
Bank Transfer
Transfer the payment directly to the designated bank account provided during the booking process.

Set Your Consultation Fee (Doctor’s Action)
Locate the "Consultation Fee" section in the profile form.
Enter the fee amount you charge per consultation.
Save Your Settings (Doctor’s Action)
Click the "Save" button to confirm your fee settings.
Important Note:
The payment currency is currently set to Naira (₦).
An update is planned to allow doctors to choose their preferred currency

After booking an appointment, you will receive an email confirmation by email. Once the selected doctor accepts your request you will receive a confirmation. You will receive a reminder 24 hours before the appointment.
Log in to Your Account (Doctor’s Action)
Access your account using your registered credentials.
Navigate to the My Schedule Menu (Doctor’s Action)
Click on "My Schedule" on the left menu bar.
Create a New Schedule or Availability (Doctor’s Action)
Click on "Create" on the left menu bar.
Set Your Availability (Doctor’s Action)
Complete the Schedule Form with the following details:
Day: Select the day you want to set availability.
Start Time: Specify the starting time of your availability (e.g., 10:00 AM).
End Time: Specify the ending time of your availability (e.g., 12:00 PM).
Set Quantity: Set the number of available slots for consultations. For example:
2 slots between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
You can set different slot durations (e.g., 1 hour, 45 minutes, 30 minutes).
Status: Set the status as Active to make it available for patient booking.
Save Your Schedule (Doctor’s Action)
Ensure your availability is correctly saved, making it visible to patients for booking.
Important Note for Doctors:
You can set multiple appointment slots per day, depending on your availability.
Patients can only book appointments with you based on the availability you have set.

Access your account using your registered credentials.
Navigate to the Live Consultation Menu (Doctor’s Action)
Click on "Live Consultation" on the left menu bar.
Create a New Meeting (Doctor’s Action)
Select "Create Meeting."
Set the meeting time according to the appointment booked by the patient.
Access the Meeting Link (Doctor’s Action)
Once created, the Zoom meeting link will be available under the "Meeting" menu.
Notification to Participants
You will receive an email containing the meeting details.
The patient will also receive an email with the same information.
The meeting information will be visible under the "Meeting" menu in both your profile and the patient’s profile.
Important Note for Doctors:
As a doctor, your schedule is not automatically your live consultation meeting.
You must manually create a live consultation meeting following the steps above.
