Hospital Data & Sharing Hospitals

Hospital record review, patient release, doctor sharing, and research controls

Review prepared records, accept or reject outputs, request further analysis, release approved records to patients, and control research use.

Review before release

Hospitals review prepared records before any release. Each record can stay pending, be accepted, be rejected, or be sent for further analysis and refinement.

Linking to the right patient

After a record is accepted, the hospital can confirm the patient link. Once linked, the patient becomes the record owner in the sharing workflow.

Doctor access

Doctors cannot browse hospital data directly. A doctor sees hospital-linked records only when the patient shares access from the patient account. Patients can also revoke doctor access later.

Research and cross-hospital sharing

Research sharing is allowed only when consent exists or the record is anonymized. Cross-hospital sharing can be anonymous or patient-based depending on consent and the active plan features.
